Ernie...
Hi! My name is Ernie Crawford, a co-organizer
of the Toronto Trailbladers inline skating club. I've been an avid inline
skater for the past six years.
I also enjoy downhill skiing and giant slalom racing.
Two winters ago I competed in an adult racing league as a member of the Jozo
Weider's team out of Blue Mountain.
In addition, I own and operate a software development company in Toronto named
Crawford Technologies, Inc., and travel extensively to client sites in Canada and the
Unites States.
Jim...
Hi! My name is Jim Safianuk, the other co-organizer
of the Toronto Trailbladers. Like Ernie, I'm also an avid inline skater.
I like to keep in shape throughout the year so I don't have
to spend a lot of time and effort ramping up for either sport.
When I'm not skating and skiing, I work
as a freelance writer and contract web developer out of my home in Newmarket,
Ontario.
Current projects include a
skating site named the Inline Skating Center, which provides online lessons for beginner,
intermediate, and advanced skaters, a skate maintenance module, and trail guides for the top
trails in Ontario.
Some Final Thoughts
We would like to thank you for venturing onto this page.
Your patience in reading about us is greatly appreciated. We just thought it
would be best to introduce ourselves so you know something about our backgrounds.
The organizers are gearing up for what we believe will be
our best ever season of inline skating! We have new trails in Welland, Fort Erie, and Port Colborne,
first ever away trips to Chicago and Niagara Falls, as well as an expanded schedule of
rolls on the best trails in Ontario.
We hope you get fit, have fun, and meet new friends on the trails this
season!
Regards,
Jim and Ernie
